Day 0
Travel from Delhi to Dehradun (Overnight Journey)
Options: Nanda Devi Express, AC Volvo, or private cab

Day 1
Dehradun to Sankri (Base Village – 6,400 ft)
Distance: 190 km | Drive Time: 8–10 hours
Scenic drive through Mussoorie, Naugaon, Purola, Mori, and Netwar
Reach Sankri by late afternoon

Day 2
Sankri to Juda Ka Talab (9,000 ft)
Trek Distance: 4 km | Duration: 4–5 hours
Trail passes through oak & pine forests, frozen streams
Reach the stunning Juda Ka Talab – a frozen lake in winter
Set up camp by the lake
Overnight stay in tents under starry skies
Day 3
Juda Ka Talab to Kedarkantha Base Camp (11,200 ft)
Trek Distance: 4 km | Duration: 3–4 hours
Trail gets steeper with snow during winters

Acclimatization walk in the evening

Day 4
Summit Kedarkantha Peak (12,500 ft) & Descend to Hargaon (8,900 ft)
